Red Galaxy: The First Straw

On your first day as a new recruit onboard the Earth Defence Perimeter, the Earth faces its greatest threat. This game combines both the strategy and action from two familiar genres into one hybrid genre. The strategy elements come from the puzzle-style gameplay used for firing missiles at the incoming threats, while the action elements are inspired by vertically scrolling shooter-style games. Combos play a very important role in this game and racking them up allows you to use special Combo Powers. This game is a demo version and has the first 10 levels (out of 40).

It has nice settings for # of missles and shooter sensitivity, and rate of asteroids. kept me busy 4 days.
