Runs on every Java capable device that has MIDP 2.0 or higher and CLCD 1.0 or higher, which means practically all mobile phones nowadays. Tested on several Nokia, Motorola, Sony Ericsson models and BlackBerry.
Setting the time limits is not enabled in the demo version.
